DLIELC cannot ship private sector courseware orders to an overseas address without a freight forward address.

Shipping Cost

All orders will be shipped as directed by the purchase order or requester.

Shipping charges must be included in your order. If partial orders are not acceptable, be sure to indicate so we will hold your order until all materials are in stock.

Cassette tapes are guaranteed for 30 days from the date of receipt. Anytime thereafter, the replace cost of the tape will be charged to the requester.

Tests and quizzes can only be sold to institutions/companies. Individuals requesting these materials will be denied.
