The Online Learning Center is your 24-hour access point for both required and supplementary language training materials while you are a student at DLIELC. Materials range from mandatory homework assignments to self-study resources, all designed to help you succeed in your Specialized English training. The Online Learning Center also provides useful reference information and links to Internet sites of particular interest to international students.
Use the LOGIN above to access assignments for specific Specialized English modules. To log in, enter your Student Control Number (SCN) and the password assigned to you during Module 101, Orientation to Specialized English. If you have trouble logging in, ask your instructor or a Learning Center staff member for assistance.
Supplementary materials and self-study resources can be accessed using the buttons on the left side of the screen. No login is required to access these supplementary resources.
If you have a laptop computer, you will be able to work online in your room or from other areas around campus. Keep in mind, however, that some assignments require you to print. All work stations in the Sebille Hall Learning Center are connected to printers. Computers and printers are also available at the Lackland Base Library.
The Online Learning Center is in its early stages of development. The amount of material offered will grow over time. You are encouraged to become familiar and take full advantage of these materials as you work toward improving your English.
