The Language Testing Seminar (LTS) was developed by BILC at the request of the NATO Training Group/Joint Services Subgroup. It is a two-week seminar aimed at developing competency in the development and administration of language proficiency tests based on STANAG 6001. The LTS is held at the George C. Marshall Center in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany.

Invitations for the Language Testing Seminars are distributed through the Partnership Co-ordination Cell (PCC).
